Lineton Building & Landscaping is owned and operated by Jak Lineton, a qualified builder and Licensed Building Practitioner with a strong passion for landscaping and outdoor design.

With a background in building, Jak brings a practical understanding of construction to his landscaping work. He particularly enjoys the creative side of landscaping, from developing the initial ideas and designing plans through to seeing the finished space come together. His building experience also means he can take care of the construction side of a project, bringing the different elements together from start to finish.

Jak believes good landscaping should look great while being practical and built to last. He works with each client to understand what they want to achieve, then helps bring those ideas together through the design, materials and finishing details to suit their space, style and budget.

We take on landscaping and construction projects of all scales, with a focus on quality workmanship, attention to detail and getting every job done properly.
